Can't get any display to work with ASRock Z790 PG RIPTIDE, please help!

I have recently put together a PC which has an ASRock Z790 PG RIPTIDE motherboard, INTEL CORE i7 12700F 2.1G processor (Alder Lake) and CORSAIR Vengeance 32GB Ram (CMK32GX5M2D6000C36). I have triple checked that all the hardware is compatible with [the motherboard](https://pg.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z790%20PG%20Riptide/index.us.asp#MemoryADL) and all of the post status checker lights go off. But I can't for the life of me get anything to display on a monitor.

I was planning on using the integrated GPU (Intel UHD Graphics 770) but nothing is working. I have tried both the HDMI port and the DisplayPort, I have tried multiple different cables. I even tried a VGA to HDMI adapter and four different monitors and nothing will display. Any tips, tricks, advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
