New PC - only Youtube isnt working properly

Hi everyone, I built a new PC and everything seems fine. Gaming is working, twitch is working, I tested videos on dailymotion they are working.

Only Youtube videos are not loading properly. Its not buffering in advance and then starts to get stuttery. Happens on Chrome with Ublock and on Edge with no extensions.

I had some RAM problems on my first boots but everything looks fine now.

Task manager looks ok while using Youtube, RAM is at 26% CPU at 3% and GPU at 0%.

Internet speedtest is at 13 mb/s so thats not the problem.

If you have any idea what could be causing this please help me.
