Software hanging/crashing when ending task or when doing anything with a printer

On Windows 11

Any time that I try to print something, or create a PDF the program will crash. No matter what I'm using. I've tried with MS Word, printing from the Explorer (Explorer just crashes and restarts), or saving a pdf from a browser (download works fine but if I try to save a page as PDF my browser crashes with the printing modal open but blank)

I'm using a Canon printer and when I try to uninstall Easy-WebPribt EX the uninstaller crashes on load and doesn't do anything. Opening "Add a Device" in the settings also causes Settingd to crash

I can't then close that crashed window because whenever I click 'End Task' on any process except 'Task Manager', the Task Manager crashes and I have to forcibly close it with by clicking the window until the option appears, or by using `taskkill` in the terminal

No idea what changed or when but I've tried a load of different things I've found online and nothing works. I can't even find someone else having my problem.

Anyone have any ideas before I have to restore to an ancient restore point (I'm not great at backing up, I kmow it's bad)?
