Continual Windows 10 BSoD after initial install

Edition Windows 10 Home Version - 22H2 OS build - 19045.5487 Experience - Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19061.1000.0 Processor - AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor 3.50 GHz Installed RAM - 24.0 GB (23.7 GB usable) Motherboard - Asus m5a78lm-usb3+ System type - 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Installed Win10, via USB, downloaded from the MS website, on a newly formatted, NTFS SSD. Ever since, I've had nothing but BSoDs several times daily. Critical memory issues, kernel issues, etc, etc. When trying to install pretty much anything, I can't open the exe and I get a "side by side configuration is incorrect" Googled that and apparently I need to install some VB C+ drivers. I downloaded those from MS, open that, and I get the same error. Basically, I can't even install the stuff they claim to fix the problems I'm having. I tried to read the log files but I can't even install the file reader for those. Same side by side error. I've done the SFC and DISM stuff. Those don't seem to register any errors. Device Mgr doesn't show any issues.

Hope I didn't miss any necessary info, but feel free to ask!
