Aptio Setup Utility concern

So today my windows blue screened and then the aptio setup utility screen showed up. This happened twice today. The first time I may have been running a few too many programs but the second time I was only running a few browser tabs and a game. Anyways, both times I just turned off then turned back on my laptop and I was back to my normal home screen. But the second time it happened really concerned me. I should preface I had a windows 11 upgrade queued which I finished installing after I received the aptio setup utility screen for the 2nd time. So I don't know if that had anything to do with the aptio setup utility showing up.

I've read online a myriad of possible reasons this could've happened, ranging from hard drive failure/dying hard drive to simply loose connections or just no reason at all. Which I'm wondering if I should be concerned if this occurred twice on the same day? And if so what preemptive measures I should take in case this happens again? I do already have most of my PC backed up but I'd like to get ahead of the issue if something happens again.
