Left laptop asleep overnight. Fans are running but power button isn't doing anything.

I have a windows 11 laptop, and left it in sleep mode overnight. Well, today, I go to turn it on after work, and the power button isn't responding at all. It's not dead, it's been plugged in and still is, and the fans are running, but I can't get the little bastard to actually turn on, and unlike the ancient laptop I had before, I can't just pull out the battery when it stops responding entirely like this.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Edit: it took two days to finally die, but it's working fine now. Implementing the fix that u/Lief_Warrir recommended so this hopefully doesn't happen again.
