I have an odd internet issue, relating to ethernet and powerline adapter.

I am having a very strange problem that I can not really understand how to fix. I use Ethernet internet through a powerline adapter and have not had any issues with it until recently, but now although my internet says it is working I can only load very specific sites. For instance Youtube works perfectly fine, and so does my Gmail, but Reddit does not work(I get a long dns error) or any other random website.

Ocassionally I am able to get a random website to load through brute force but it will not display the regular layout of the site, it will be just text and all the images will be broken. My Steam and Riot client also say I am not connected to the internet.

I switched to a Wi-Fi adapter and it does not have a problem loading any sites, but as I am so far from the router I get a horrible connection and it is not really a solution. I'm on Windows 11(recently updated to it around a month and was not having this problem before, but this just started happening around a week ago).

I have tried turning off my firewall to see if that would fix it, I have tried different browsers and that isn't the issue, I have unplugged and replugged the Powerline adapter and the ethernet cable and that did not fix it. At this point I really don't know what to do, I was thinking maybe just trying to do a clean install of Windows and seeing if that would somehow fix it. If anyone has encountered this issue before, or has any idea what is going on, I would really appreciate the help.
