I'm confused about snappy driver installer

I was trying to update my sound drivers and decided to use Snappy Driver Installer (SDI). I downloaded it, started download said drivers, but then malware bytes suddenly says that SDI is trying to access an unsafe URL that I double checked on virus total...and well, it seems [that Malware Bytes wasn't giving me a false positive](https://imgur.com/a/kkFBVDF). I double checked on duckduckGO and it seems that [there are two different SDI sites](https://imgur.com/a/RMVfbXs). (I wish I just used major geeks 🥲)

I haven't actually installed the drivers, but I DID stupidly let MB allow that URL thinking it was a false positive.

1: should I trust SDI in future?

2: Am I better off just formatting my PC thanks to my goof-up? (Doing a full system scan)
