Key Board keeps freezing and only works after pressing the windows key or other keys aggresively.

I suspect there is a key that is being continuously pressed that is causing this freezing, I've had to kill certain keys with PowerToys due to this, but unlike those keys I cannot see which key is causing this (I have even tried using an online keyboard tester with no luck). I'm tried of pressing the windows key every 20 seconds to regain control of my keyboard, what are my options here ?
