Asus Q550LF BIOS update to fix GPU?

I have an Asus Q550lf, Windows 10 64-bit, with an Nvidia 745m GPU, that recently started giving a Code 43 error in device manager. I've used DDU and reinstalled two separate versions of the driver. The solution I'm seeing now is to update the BIOS through the Asus website. I'm currently on Version 211, and I'm on the ASUS website trying to find the update, which I'll install with WinFlash and [this guide](https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1008276/). I select my laptop, and the Windows 10-64 tab, and there isn't a listed BIOS update, but there are updates up to version 215 listed under the ['other'](http://www.asus.com/support/Download/3/530/0/1/8/) tab. Can I use these updates under the 'other' tab, and if not, can anyone help me find the correct BIOS update, or offer an alternate fix? Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.
