Extremely high temps.

I have Phenom II 940, ta970gx, win 7 x64 I put back together. The cpu temps were really high. Reseated the heatsink, then tried a different one and still no dice. They do spin, though.

I have another box with mobo I can put the cpu in (which I am going to do right now). I put about a pea sized when I was switching out coolers, is that too much?
