Using windows 10 and surfing the net then all of a sudden the screen doesn't end up fitting the monitor.

Okay so, I'm just surfing the net and then my screen blacks out for a second and then it doesn't end up fitting the monitor when it comes back on. I rebooted and now everything is zoomed in. The desktop, Chrome etc. Any help would be appreciated. Also I am running a scan using Malwarebytes 3.0 I'll keep you updated if anything comes up.
