Is there a way to force a process to quit when a specific one starts?

I'm looking to automate some issues I've pinpointed with Corsair iCue and Gigabyte RGB Fusion. Basically the horrific Gigabyte RGB Fusion software is conflicting with Corsair iCUE and preventing it from working as intended under a specific scenario where an iCUE profile is set to launch when an associated program is mapped to launch with the profile.

In order to fix this, the only way is to force quit the Gigabyte RGB Fusion process.

Is there a way to tell a process to quit when a specific other process/program is started? I'm specifically wanting Steam to be the program that triggers the closure of Gigabyte RGB Fusion's process. That way iCUE takes priority and my mapped profiles to Steam games will run as intended without me having to go to task manager, find the RGB Fusion process and force quit it.

I looked for solutions, but they weren't leading me in the right direction.

edit: Perhaps this can be done by batch file? I'm not familiar enough with how to script that up. Could use help there if that is a viable option. - edit seem comments, this was the easiest method.
