How do I disable the power/sleep key on my keyboard?

ONLY on the keyboard and not the case.

I found a solution from editing the registry a while back but now I cant find it on google. The false answer (turn off power settings/power button) solution is everywhere on google and dominates all solutions

Its a logitech k270. Their proprietary software doesnt resolve it.
