PC Constantly BSOD's Immediately after MOBO Splash Screen

So I have all new components in a 8086k build that has been running perfectly stock.

I overclocked it to 5ghz following Gigabytes official guide. It booted and ran fine, until I ran Prime95. It crashed and now it will not do anything by Power on, Show Motherboard Logo, then BSOD. It displays multiple reasons for crashing but it never fails to crash.

I have tried booting from a USB but it crashes just the same.

I have tried clearing the CMOS with the button on the MOBO.

PC Specs:
