I had the BSOD Auto repair loop tried to reinstall Windows still getting BSOD, any tools to see if my SSD is still working ?

Have a good afternoon you all. I recently had trouble with my PC. Lately I ended having some IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL BSOD, amongst others bsod (kernel security check failures, tons of other I'm forgetting as we speak).

I thought first it would be drivers causing the problem up. So I've tried to update it all out. I was still getting them. PC couldn't hold itself and kept BSODing for no reason. So I've secured my files somewhere else and decided to format and reinstall windows.

I've been surprised to see that I couldn't even install Windows as I was still getting BSOD even during the installation. So here we have two choices

IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL usually suggest a ram dying. I'm scanning it with memtest at the moment but 3/4 on them has no error (and I'm testing the last one as we speak)

I currently believe my SSD is the problem and I would like to scan it fully. Do you have any iso that could check an SSD out ?

Thank you in advance guys, I'm taking every tips you'd feel free to give me (I miss composing music so fucking bad)
