Windows constantly boot looping into Sys. Thread Exception Not Handled

Whenever I try to boot up my laptop it goes straight to Windows Recovery and will always go directly to a blue screen upon attempting to exit to Windows. Safe mode doesn't do anything, and the error doesn't specify anything specific.

EDIT: Managed to get some form of log file, and it seems like it fails almost immediately and installs Recovery, with the following line:
