Is there something wrong with my hard drive?(speed test included)

My laptop contains: st1000lx015-1u7172 which is what the OS is on

I've been having intermittent trouble with the entire system slowing to a crawl, and my inclination after some research is that the hard drive is experiencing slower than normal read/write speeds.

Does this test with CrystalDiskMark prove something is wrong with the drive?
