Windows Explorer opens on its own every 10 minutes

Every 10 minutes, on the dot, the "This PC" window opens. When I leave my system on when I go to work, I come home to about 60 This PC windows open. I've run rkill, Windows Defender, and SUPERAntiSpyware and all come back clean. I've restarted Windows Explorer and my computer. Autoplay is currently off. I've unplugged my keyboard and it has still opened.

Everything I have found online has suggested these as solutions, but none have worked for me. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?
