Three beeps in when Outlook is open

Specs: Windows 10 1909, Optiplex 7050

I have a computer that is constantly making a quick triple beep when I have outlook open.

The sound is playing through system sounds instead of outlook.

I have gone into outlook opens and unchecked play a sound when a new message arrives.

I have gone into the sounds option in control panel and set the sound scheme to No sounds as well.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled outlook and rebuilt my profile.
