Unable to Boot from Nvme Drive

I recently switched my M.2 drive from my old computer into my wife’s computer. The drive has windows installed and it is Legacy, it lists it as Master Boot Record

I am unable to boot from it, whenever I set it as boot Option #1 it gives me the message “Reboot with a Proper Device”.

My BIOS is recognizing the drive, it shows it under the status and does list it as a boot option. I have the Boot Mode Select as Legacy+UEFI. Also when I boot up from my other drive it shows up under Disk Management, and ran a scan and no problems showed up. I can also access those files.

When I change my Boot Mode Select to UEFI the disk no longer shows up as an option. Not sure what to do at this point and any help is appreciated. Thank you.
