Is GPU at 100% Okay?

So, I got a new computer. Here's the specs: CPU: Intel i5 10400 2.9GHz GPU: nVIDIA GTX 1650 RAM: 16 GB dual channel

So, I tried linking my Quest 2 immediately, and it didn't do too well. My GPU just maxes out. If I lower my resolution to say, 70%, my GPU would be roughly 70%, 90% rez to 90% usage, so on so forth. I decided to stay on Quest and wait before I try to do any upgrading since GPUs are insanely priced right now.

I tested some more things and my GPU is fine. I streamed Dead By Daylight, I can run MineCraft on pretty good settings, Raft too. The only time I've seen my GPU go above 70% is when I set Raft to Ultra or when I uncapped my FPS in MineCraft.

Fast forward to yesterday. I've been playing a VR game's PC version during the dead time at work (I work from home and gotta wait for questions to arrive, so it's fine). When I play on PC, I do one resolution below 1080p (1680 X 1050 or something like that) because I have it in windowed mode and I have the quality set to the lowest of its three options. Well, I found out THAT ALONE 100%s my GPU... What. The. Fuck.

Some guy told me that's fine and I should link my Quest and just play because kids on 980ti GPUs can link and as long as my temps are fine (which they haven't surpassed 66C even when maxing out) and my GPU is at 100% for days on end (it'd be more like a few hours everyday), it won't hurt it. Someone else said that'd make my GPU explode. So here I am.

TL;DR: When I link my Quest 2 VR Headset, or play the PC version of a VR game, my GPU stays at 100%. Is that okay as long as my temps are fine and I don't do that for days on end, or would doing that a few hours every day kill my computer?
