Weird hiccups on gaming PC
I'm getting a few weird hiccups on my desktop, I'm not sure what to monitor to try to track down the issue. The hiccups are relatively new, within the past few months. I've had the desktop with the current config for 8 or 9 months, but in some iteration for 8 or 9 years.
1. Youtube hiccups on my side monitors if it's over 480p. All running off of a 3070, no significant tasks running (remote desktop on main display). No issues on the main monitor. 2x1440p over DP (144 & 75 hz), 1x1080p over HDMI. Window focus doesn't seem to matter.
2. I'm not sure what triggers this, but I've seen the system hang for 30+ seconds trying to open edge after unlocking or leaving the system idle. Somewhat rare.
3. Some stutters in games - I'm willing to blame the game, but every so often the framerate crashes and recovers.
R7 3700X, 16GB DDR4 3200, RTX 3070, HP EX920 NVME boot drive. I tried using the full system refresh on windows to clean up a couple months ago without having to dig out my license key. Current NVIDIA drivers, otherwise using the pre-installed drivers.
