DPI Cable Resulting in Black Screen on 144hz Monitor

Hi all,

I woke up this morning to my monitor giving me a black screen. It has done this in the past with an old DPI cord and when I bought a new cord it went away. Now the issue is back. My GPU recognizes the monitor, as when I plug it in my second monitor loses the applications and they get moved to my first monitor (that is black). The web has told me to restart the computer and monitor, try HDMI (which does work but only gives me 60 hz), and update all my drivers. All of these have not fixed the issue. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
