Possible GPU or motherboard problem

Hey there!

Recently(2-3 weeks ago) i bought an RTX 3070 Aorus Master and i didn't have any problem with it, until yesterday. I was playing a game and the PC shut down all of a sudden(the LEDs on my motherboard were all working) and i couldn't even turn off the pc, i had to manually switch the PSU button to off

I tried reseating the GPU(i did that one time and it worked, but then the same thing happened and i reseated it multiple times in the PCI E slot), reseating the ram, checking if the PCI E cables weren't loose or anything. The pc boots and the motherboard says that everything is fine, no red lights on the EZ debug leds The gpu simply isn't working, no fans, no LEDs, nothing

I also recently installed a new cooler for the cpu

My pc specs: Ryzen 5 3600

MSI b450 gaming plus max

Noctua dh15s cooler

Gigabyte Aorus master RTX 3070

Seasonic s12g 650W

What would be the cause of the problem? All of the components are fairly new, except for the PSU
