Is my AIO Cooler dying?

I have an MSI 240 that’s about a year old. A few days ago it started making a crackling noise. I’m not sure if it’s dying.

My temps seem completely normal, my CPU idles around 35-38C. When I’m playing Red Dead 2 it seems pretty reasonable, doesn’t go past 62C.

I stopped the fans to make sure it’s not the fans making the sound, I took out my cooler and cleaned the radiator and fans to be sure, but it’s still making the sound. Here’s a link to the video so you guys can hear it. What do you think, should I start checking my warranty?
