[Windows 10] Is it possible to check history of network adapter link speed changes?

For example - a router and a PC that are connected via cable that supports 1 Gbit/s link speed, and sometimes link speed is changed to 100 Mbit/s. Is there any way to check these events in system itself without going into router logs?
