PC Crashing (GPU Temp?)

So usually my PC crashes after i play and close a game (sometimes within minutes, sometimes up to an hour later) With GeForce Experience I noticed that my GPUs idle temp before starting a game is around 35-37 celsius, during gameplay up to 65-76ish, and idle temp after closing game is around 50. Could the GPU temp after closing a game be the cause of the crashes? I got this PC last August, so it's not an old system. Any help is greatly appreciated!
