[WIN 11] Locked out of computer! USB devices (mouse, KB) don't work!

I recently updated my computer, and my external hard drive was not working, so I tried updating the driver for that. After restarting my PC, now my keyboard and mouse are not working. I am stuck at the lock screen, and have absolutely no clue how to input anymore.

Anyone have any solutions?
