Both monitors turn on and off when game loads and screen becomes over saturated?

So this is an issue that I've been experiencing recently. My monitors both flicker when loading up NFS: Heat, and Destiny 2 but for some reason I don't see this issue with Apex Legends or Minecraft. NFS Heat, D2, and Apex are all launched thru the Steam client. Only the screen running either game turns over saturated though. When I try to tab in or out of the game it flickers again. I'm not sure what could be causing this issue because I've reinstalled my display drivers, I've reinstalled GeForce Experience and I've reinstalled both games. Nothing new or notable has been installed on my computer since I've been experiencing this issue so I'm completely lost as to what the issue could be.
