upgraded old pc to SSD, provlem with installing windows

I have alienware x51 r2 where I just upgraded from a hardrive to a samsung SSD. I used " bootcamp" on my macbook pro to create a "windows media creation tool" on a 16GB usb drive. I turned on pc and pressed F2 to prioritize my boot pirortiy to the usb drive. i get the message: "Internal disk drive not found, to resolve ossue, try to reseat the drive. No bootable devices". any idea where I went wrong? I double checked SSD was properly connected and redid the process of creating windows media creation tool. I saw theirs a way to create the windowmedia creation tool witbout bootstrap, should I try that?
