Google Photos - Recent Photos Show up On Iphone Google Photos but not on Desktop Google Photos

Google Photos - On Iphone vs on Desktop not as recent

I tried google and searching here, but wasn't able to find a solution, but it does seem to be an issue for some. I have Google Photos app on my Iphone XR and that gets updates asap when I take pics / videos. There's pics I took a few hours ago on there.

Now on my desktop (WIN 11) the last pics on Google Photos are back from Nov 30th. I'm clueless. I have 2 Gigs of storage left.

*Any suggestions?* I hadn't ever noticed as I typically just look at google photos on my phone and it's always up to date there.
