Games keep crashing or BSOD. Tried both Windows and Ubuntu and fresh installs.

I have been having massive crash issues on my PC with games. All I really play are Paradox games with Victoria 3 and CK3 being my favourites in the current rotation.

I've posted a screenshot of my build below. It has not always been the most stable PC since I built it last year but it worked reliably enough and was my first build from scratch. The GPU I was using was an AMD RTX 460 that I had repaired since the fan did not work.

Over the holidays I got a new GPU (NVIDIA RTX 2060) and the instability issues I had have only gotten worse. Usually the games just crash after about 5-10 min of playtime or instantly and the Paradox Crash Reporter pops up, but often it will also blue screen, giving me a error code either about Memory Management or PFN List Corrupt. I have tried reinstalling Windows a couple times, and been trying out Ubuntu on a spare SSD drive I have lying around.

So far I've tried running dskchk, BSOD troubleshooter, SFC scan, DISM, devmgmt.msc and nothing has worked. It did tell me some drivers I'm missing. But then when Windows tries to solve it, it just comes back and says there was no problem. It still consistently says I am missing my SM Bus controller, PCI memory controlleer, and AMD crash defender. (The first two it says are missing, and the last one has a problem).

Nothing I seem to do works and I continue to have these massive instability problems. I am having some cooling issues but nothing so bad that it would trip off the whole PC.

Any way to fix it would be appreciated whether it is Windows based, or Linux Terminal based

Thank You!
