Meade 8” OTA for €550 used or 8” Bresser Messier new for €400?

Hi all, stumbled upon this on my local marketplace.

What you see in the photo is what you get. I was hoping to keep the budget to €500 all in, but if this is a steal, I’ll stretch. Owner says it’s all clean and in working order. Reason for the sale is a bigger scope.

I’m sure the Meade is better, but how much should I reasonably expect to pay to get this into working order (tripod, mount if required, a couple lenses) to get started?

I used to have a Zhumell 130 back living in the states, but I’m absolutely still a novice.
