Is Julia Louis-Dreyfus "over-Emmy'd" for Veep?

I'll start by adding that I'm a huge fan of the show. I think JLD carries it so wonderfully and is completely deserving, especially for each episode she's submitted for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy. However, if she wins this year, it will be her sixth consecutive win for a series many fans felt declined in overall quality in its sixth season.

JLD is a television icon, and graced us not only with Elaine Benes, but also Christine Campbell and now Selina Meyer. Personally, I think her performance this past season was up to par with every season so far. But do you think it's time to let someone else win?
