A tv show in a Hobbiton feel?

I'm pretty sure this doesn't exist, but I thought I might as well get some suggestions.

I'm looking for a tv show that is basically the introduction of concerning hobbits in The Lord of the ring.

A fantasy show that takes place in a small village, where the stakes are low and the problems always gets fixed in 42 minutes.

Basically a cosy english tv show, but set in a fantasy world.

Do you guys have any suggestions?
