Marriage in Morrowind

I had a two part question, or rather two questions really, and I figured this would be the best place to ask it. I was curious as to what exactly would a Dunmer wedding look like in Morrowind? I know we've seen weddings in Skyrim but would it be the same in Morrowind but swapping Mara for Almalexia/Azura/Someone Else or something wholly different?

My second question is in regards to interracial marriages in Morrowind. While I'm certain it's not something common or even popular given Dunmer culture I'm curious just as to how taboo is it. Would it be something outright illegal and viewed as heretical or rather something that's allowed but frowned upon and will get you bad looks in the street from the more conservative Dunmer?
