Starz Version 2.1 build 241 - Video Playback Issue Shield Console 2017

Can someone else that has the new 2017 Console try playback from the Starz app? Currently the stream queues up and I will get audio but no video playback. If I jump ahead a few seconds I'll get maybe 5 to 10 seconds of video then it locks up again and goes back to audio only.

I have a separate issue where the LED doesn't light up at all, so I'm not sure if the video playback issue is related to having a dud console or if it's something with the app itself.
