can anyone help me with this/these DZ recon mission bug

so, with the DZ getting all the attention for the next update, i figured this would finally be the time to complete/open these dark zones.

completed dz East long time ago when i was still Lv 30, timeskip months to over a year later, i started dz South today; went in, the recon mission popped in and then out... oh just like that, i finished it? Cool. went to dz West... aaaand game says i still need to do the recon misison, what gives??

so i explore dz South, clear some landmarks, extract some stuff, just maybe doing those will help me with this recon mission thing. looked online How da hell do you fix this bug but everything is 2+ years old; nothing new to help with this predicament.

tl;dr dz South recon mission bug. HELP???
