Updated Named Enemy Farm DC

If you're anything like me and are missing 1 or more snitch cards and were looking for an easier farm location I have found what i believe is the easiest way given that the guy south of WH has been moved.

1.) Fast travel to Truman Safehouse in Foggy Bottom

2.) Use the North? exit I believe on to 23rd ST NW

3.) Go North towards the overpass over East ST Expressway

4.) Use pulse scanner and creep until the Named Enemy renders

5.)if it's the Named Enemy you are missing, engage.

6.) If it is not the Named Enemy you need do NOT engage. Run back to the safehouse. Wait 15-20 seconds and repeat steps 2-4 till RNG gives you the Enemy you need.

Was missing 'The Fearless' and did this method last night. Took about 4-5 tries but finally got him.
