Another issue with outfits obtained through Game Pass ? (cross-save)

I mainly play on Xbox, but sometimes also on my PS5 (I don't live at the same address; I travel a lot for work).

And I usually keep the outfits I get through Game Pass.

But currently, I can't access my Game Pass outfits.

This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time, I learned on this forum that it was due to some issues, which Embark has since fixed.

Does anyone know if this is a different bug?
