Does the game have adaptive damage? Why some people gets only critical hits?

In many games I've seen people doing critical hits shooting any part of the enemy body.

The critical shots must be only given by shooting the head and the back.

I mean, I have to aim perfectly the inner point sight to make damage and shot to the head to see the yellow hit mark.

But many and I say many people can shoot to the leg, to the arm, to the chest and the get all the critical damage, the fun fact is they just need to have their body within the arc of the sight, and I don't mean within the point of the sight.

Yeah, you'd say, it's lag. Well maybe, but I can see this into steaming too. Even more, sometimes I got some of those 'only critical hits moment' without aiming while play next to a random 'TTV' nick.

That is why my question? Does have dynamic damage in the finals just as Call of Duty? You can see it by respecting your teammate and see how they farm damage without doing anything abnormal.
