Oraculum bugged?

So, I didn't get past Lakeburg yet, but I used to see what Schaden and Freude looked like already (I got their names from googling), but now they are "invisible" or "shadowy" again and don't offer me any new dialogue options. Is this intended, because there was nothing hinting in that direction, with me still having multiple dialogue options left before that.

Also any hints for beating that level would actually be appreciated. I keep getting to the Wyrm, but get totally swarmed by the amount of units spawning.
