Intestinal Parasites appears to be impossible to cure on endless night.

I came down with a case of parasites while playing endless night. Took my first dose no issues, hard to judge when I can take the next one due to there being no day cycle... no problem I'll just pass time for over 24 hours. Took the second dose after ~28 hours of passing time, still says 9 out of 10 doses left. Tried again with ~30+ hours of passing time, still says 9 out of 10 doses left.

Guess I'm screwed then.
