Do you need to re-panel as a 1099 employer

So im currently a w2, but I might start working on a platform (yea, i know) on the side. I understand that paneling with insurance as a w2 means im only paneled through my companies NPI...

But when you're paneled through the platform/as a 1099...do you keep your credentialing with insurance outside of working for them? I have my own private practice set up on the side..so im wondering if a platform helping me panel would allow me to see clients through those insurances in my own private practice
