If you had to a create an undergrad "preparing for entry level work" college course, what/ how would you teach it?

I still think about how my 4 year BA in Psych did close to nothing to prepare me to work in entry level clinical settings, and I essentially learned my skills through trial by fire. Nor did it prepare me for the types of stresses I would have to deal with in those clinical settings.

So if you had to make a college course that taught clinical skills/ prepared those students to enter the mental health field, what would you teach and how would you teach?
