Therapist never get me and always add more harm with their frameworks.

I wanted to know if others could relate. But I've noticed that it's next to impossible for me to keep a job because I always get mobbed out. I'm starting to think this is a sign I'm on the spectrum. I was put on disability for autism at 18 but didn't believe it. But now, at 28, I've attracted so much bullying and abuse that it's making me think I actually am on the spectrum.

However, therapists never get me. They always mistake me describing how I get mobbed out of jobs as a cognitive distortion on my end or me not knowing how to get along with people. Therapists also don't think I'm autistic cause they think that since I talk well with them, I can't be autistic. However, at jobs there are always a few people who seem to not like me instantly and get others to gang up and turn on me, which eventually gets me pushed out of the job no matter what I do.

What's even more frustrating is how I can never find a therapist that gets this. I've tried therapists that are trauma-informed, claim they get narc abuse, and ones that say they are ND-affirming, but they all do the same thing: they think me reporting the mobbing is me being paranoid or not knowing how to get along, and think there's no way I'm autistic cause of how well I can talk to them.

I wanted input from others who have similar experiences with repeated workplace mobbing and therapists not getting it.
