Anyone know of a mod to fix the broken onsen bathhouse lot?

I can't travel to it at all as it kicks me out to the world map view and I can't play with my sim that traveled to it. I ended up having to go back to a previous save. This means I can't even climb Mt. Komorebi and the festival of snow is tied with it too somehow so I can't ever do that.

It's frustrating that I can't just delete the lot or change it's type to fix it (I did try that though). So I was just wondering if anyone has stumbled on any mods that might fix it.
