Comic rick is so useless

Comic rick is so useless. People say he's more savage or a better leader but i'm not seeing it. He constantly needs a pep talk just to keep going and rarely makes good decisions. He gets people killed all the time and can barely hold his own in a fight against both people and walkers. He's a terrible shot even with his right arm. He pathetically cries all the time and unjustifiably takes his anger out on people. He hasn't attempted diplomacy with any group yet (i'm on volume 9?). And when he is right about something its either too little too late or he doesn't have the confidence to set the record straight and never stands on business and folds as soon as he gets a little pushback(whether it be from Shane or Tyreese, or Dale, or Hershel literally everyone shits on him constantly). He flipflops with his morality constantly and is very inconsistent overall as a character. Everyone says he's a good leader but he has nothing to show for it. Nearly every decision he makes from outside atlanta, at hershels farm, on the road, at the wiltshire estates, at the prison, following the helicopter smoke, at woodbury, on the road again, leads to people dying or them losing their saftey or supplies. He is constantly bailed out by other characters for hard decisions too. Seriously how do people like this character, he's more useless than eugene in the show..
