Need help identifying episode

The episode includes a plot line where Leo asks CJ to leak some event/news—I can’t remember the context—to reporters. (Not shuttle leak.) After the briefing, CJ pulls aside 2-3 reporters, including Steve from AP, to her office. Steve apologizes for complaining before the briefing about something trivial, thinking he’s in trouble; CJ tells him to shut up. She tells the group that they can’t use recorders but can use pen and pencil to take the info, saying that they can attribute the source as a senior White House official.

Anyone remember this episode? Thanks in advance!
